In 2010 I was hired by the PROM Fundation to draw a comic book about the history of Romani people in Europe from Middle Ages to modern times. The scenario was written by a talented scriptwritter Mateusz Wisniewski. The story was divided into seven chapers, each dedicated to different time period. The whole comic book consisted of 55 pages.
The difficulty of making this comic book lay in the diversity of characters and environments, which changed for almost each page, and the historical background that had to be taken under consideration while designing the costumes, architecture and technical details.
The comic pages were firstly drawn by pencil, then colored on the computer with the use of the tablet an Photoshop software.
